SUNDAY 5X5 SPRING “PHENOM” LEAGUE

(INDIVIDUAL REGISTRANTS ONLY)

10 weeks including playoffs and finals for all divisions.
Sunday, March 24th is the first day of the league.

- April 7, 14, 21, 28
- May 5, 12, 26
- June 2, 9

Everything depends on the number of individual registrants

Practices will be held at either 5 pm, 6 pm, or 7 pm for 1.5 hours.
Pricing:
- Cost per player: $360
  *All registrations are final. A credit will be issued if you decide to withdraw from the league.

Boys & Girls
- Individual registrants in divisions U11 - U17 will play in the “Phenom” League (no club teams). In the case where there are not enough teams/registrants to create this division, individual registrants will play against club teams in the Development Pool in the “Prolific” League.
  - U11 (birth year is 2013 or later)
  - U12 (birth year is 2012 or later)
  - U13 (birth year is 2011 or later)
  - U14 (birth year is 2010 or later)
  - U15 (birth year is 2009 or later)
  - U16 (birth year is 2008 or later)
  - U17 (birth year is 2007 or later)
    *All participants are required to submit proof of age before the first games (March 24th) to ensure our league stays fair and competitive. You can submit your file by clicking here. Players who do not submit their proof of age will not be able to participate in our league.

Jerseys will be provided to ONLY the individual sign-ups. Jerseys must be returned at the end of the season.

Players who sign up individually will receive 1 practice per week.
Referees will be provided.
Medals will be awarded to the winning teams of each division!
All games are planned to be held at BOTH Prolific locations!
